Exclusive licenses must now clearly indicate the types of products covered, or else cannot be recorded with the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia. According to an Announcement from the Ministry on December 24, 2019, all exclusive trademark license agreements must list this information. The announcement singles out for particular emphasis vehicles, tricycles and motorcycles, where the license agreement must specify the particular models covered.
